0521 hours - Box Alarm - Fire reported in a dwelling at 18982 Ardmore Street between James Couzens and W. Seven Mile. Engines 30, 53, 59, Ladder 25, Squad 1, Chiefs 4, 8. Engine 30 stretched on a 1.5 story, occupied, dwelling with smoke showing. Chief 4 had incident command. Ladder 25 safety/Engine 53 RIT. Ladder 25 would be put to work and Chief 8 became safety. Chief 4 requested the 4th engine for manpower (Engine 44). Engine 53 put to work. Basement fire that extended to the walls of the first and second floors. 2 lines stretched/operated.
