7/22/23 - Detroit - Holcomb Ave

0730 hours - Box Alarm - Holcomb and Moffat, fire reported in a dwelling at 5300 Holcomb Avenue. Engines 41, 46, 52, Ladder 31, Squad 6, Chiefs 3, 6. Engine 41, located a black and a half away, had smoke showing shortly after leaving quarters. Engine 41 stretched on a 2 flat going and Engine 46 dumped the monitor. Chief 3 requested an additional company for manpower (Engine 50). 2 lines stretched/operated. Chief 3 terminated incident command at 0824 hours. While companies were beginning to mop up a series of gunshots came from directly behind the fire building on Rohns Street. One person was injured and another taken into custody.
