1038 hours – Box Alarm – 19750 Monica Street for a report of a dwelling fire, reported to be occupied, unknown if all occupants are out. Engines 40, 42, 44, Ladder 17, Squad 5, Chief 8. Squad 5 reported heavy smoke while enroute. Engine 44, who was at 8 Mile and Livernois, quickly arrived and stretched. Engine 44 reported they had an injured civilian outside the dwelling. Chief 8 requested an additional company for manpower (Engine 56). Chief 8 had fire in an occupied, 2 story, dwelling and will be holding all companies. All searches negative.
