7/19/16 – 2338 hours – 1954 Clements St – Box alarm, Clements & Rosa Parks Blvd, fire reported in a dwelling. EMS requested for persons possible trapped. Highland Park Engine 1 on scene stretching, fire on the 2nd floor. While enroute, Chief 8 requested and additional company for manpower (Engine 53). Highland Park Engine 1 advised all occupants were out. Chief 8 assumed incident command reporting a 2 story, occupied dwelling, requesting an additional company for RIT (Engine 17).
