2026 hours – Box Alarm – Linwood & Taylor, fire reported in a dwelling, Central has no address. Engines 40, 17, 35, Ladder 17, Squad 2, Chief 1. All companies enroute were advised that Medic 1 was on location with a fire going through out. Engine 40 stretched. Officer of Ladder 17 reported a fire on the first floor of a 2 flat at 2511 Taylor Street. Chief 1 held all companies and assigned Squad 2 as RIT. 2 lines stretched and operated. 1 person found deceased in the room of origin.
