Squad 4 on scene advising first engine will be stretching, has a dwelling going throughout. Engine 39 on scene stretching. Chief 5 assumed command reporting a 2 story dwelling going throughout companies are taking a defensive posture. The fire building, which was 5639 23rd St, was the exposure from the previous night’s fire at 5633 23rd Street.
