1214 hours – Box Alarm – 3968 16th Street between Seldon and Poplar, fire reported in a dwelling in the city’s Core City area. Engines 17, 34, 39, Ladder 7, Squad 4, Chief 5. Engine 39 reported smoke showing from a few blocks out. Ladder 7 arrived and reported first engine would be stretching. Engine 39 stretched. Chief 5 had fire in a vacant, one-story, dwelling.
