At 0815 hours, Box Alarm 33-72 sent Engines 33, 5 (RIT), 51, 23, Trucks 1, 29, Rescue 1, and Battalion Chiefs 3, 6 to E. Eager and N. Bond Streets for the report of a dwelling fire. Communications also receiving Ashland & N. Bond as well as the 800 block of N. Bond Street. Battalion Chief 3 placed in service and Battalion Chief 2 added to the box. Truck 1 on scene with a 3 story, brick, middle of the row, with smoke showing side Charlie. All occupants were reported to be out of the dwelling. Battalion Chief 2 assumed Bond Street command reporting smoke showing 3rd floor side Alpha and fire showing 3rd floor side Charlie. 2 lines were stretched and operated knocking down a fire involving the middle and rear room on the third floor. No extension to the exposures. One firefighter suffered non-life threatening injuries. Primary and secondary searches negative.
