Box Alarm 36-30 toned at 1917 hours dispatching Engines 8, 36, 14 (RIT), 13, 55, Trucks 10, 16, Rescue 1, Battalion Chiefs 3,6 to 1217 W. Franklin Street for the report of a dwelling fire. Battalion Chief 3 arrived and assumed incident command reporting a 2 story, middle of the group, occupied, with smoke showing 2nd floor. An aggressive attack knocked the bulk of the fire down in 6 minutes. The fire involved a middle bedroom on the second floor with some extension into the hallway.
