7/14/23 - Harrisburg, PA - Penn St

At 0629 hours, Box 1-3 sent Wagon 3, Squad 8, Truck 2, Tower 1, and Battalion Chief 5 (Lloyd) to 2325 Penn Street in the city’s Uptown for a house fire. Reports indicated a fire on the first floor with at least one person on the front porch roof. Chief 1 (Enterline) reported smoke showing a few blocks out and requested the first alarm, adding Wagon 4, Truck 32, Rescue 69, and Air 13 to the box. Chief 1 arrived shortly after with two on the porch roof and a front bedroom fire going good. A line was stretched from Wagon 3 knocked down the bulk of fire and a second line was used for any extension. Searches were negative and the fire was placed under control at 0645 hours.
