12/14/22 - Harrisburg, PA - Berryhill St

At 2355 hours, Box 1-4 sent Squad 8, Wagon 4, Tower 1, Truck 2 and Battalion Chief 5 (Lloyd) to the rear of Sorrento’s Pizza, 1845 Derry Street, for a building fire. Responding companies were advised of fire in the back of the house and PD advised it was a rooming house to the rear of Sorrento’s possibly on Berryhill Street. Chief 5 reported a good smoke column enroute. Squad 8 arrived reporting they have something on fire to the rear. A line was stretched for fire in a one-bay garage to the rear of 1829 Berryhill Street. B platoon companies worked for about 1 hour. Fire possibly originated from a wood stove.
