At 1310 hours, Box 1-2 sent companies to 135 N. 13th Street between State and Walnut for a residential structure fire. Single caller reporting flames from the window across the street. Chief 4 (Wise) arrived with fire showing from the second floor of a 3 story duplex. Two lines were stretched quickly knocking down the fire with no extension. Primary and secondary searches negative.
