7-22-17 - North Lebanon Township, PA - E. Cumberland St

At 1030 hours, Box 28-01 sent companies to 1715 E. Cumberland Street at Carls Service Station for a vehicle fire inside the car wash. Updated info indicated the building to be involved. Engine 28 (Weavertown) arrived with a working fire in a 2 story, commercial building with apartments. Chief 28 requested the second alarm shortly after arrival. Companies made an interior attack but were forced to evacuate when conditions deteriorated. A third alarm was struck with additional calls for manpower. The fire was brought under control in about an hour. Mutual aid from Lebanon City and Lebanon County Haz Mat responded to the scene.
