4-14-17 - Lower Paxton Township, PA - Toftree Dr

At 0142 hours, Box 35-4 dispatched Company 35 (Linglestown), Engines 33 (Colonial Park), 34 (Paxtonia), Rescue 37 (Rescue-Susquehanna), and Tanker 37 (Rescue-Susquehanna) to 2403 Toftree Drive for a garage fire. Caller reported the garage is on fire, attached to the house, and the occupants were evacuating. PD on scene reporting well involved. Chief 35 arrived on scene reporting a working fire in a 2 story, single, family dwelling and requested the first alarm. Engines 36-1, 37, 36-3, Tankers 20, 38, Truck 34, Rescues 40, 36-1, and Air 35. Three lines were stretched and operated with some extension into the second floor and attic. Primary searches were negative and companies were out for about 2 hours.
