Box 5-03 sent Engine Companies 20, 17, 21, 13, Squad 20, Trucks 17, 30, and Rescue 20 to 1135 3rd Street in the village of West Fairview for a house fire. Headquarters advised of receiving several calls for smoke coming from the roof and it appears that nobody is home. Upon this info Rescue 69 was dispatched to the scene as RIT. Chief 5 on location with smoke showing from a 2 story house. Companies went in service with 2 lines in the front door and encountered hoarding conditions before locating and knocking the bulk of the fire in about 10 minutes. Primary and secondary searches were negative. The fire displaced 2 adults.
