2/20/10 - Spring Township - Bower Road

Box 12-2 tones went off shortly before 0800 hours for a residential structure fire at 1325 Bower Road. Caller was a neighbor stating the next door house was on fire. A Company 12 (Shermans Dale) officer went on location with a fully involved single-family, dwelling. Numerous hand lines were placed in service knocking down the main bulk of fire. Crews remained on the scene for serveral hours before clearing the scene. Command 12 requested the coroner to the scene for a fatality.
