Tuesday, March 3, 2009 - Swatara Township - Lindle Road
The 456 Box toned out during the evening hours for a reported accident with injuries at Lindle Road and Keckler Street. The initial response consisted of Company 456 (Chambers Hill) and Rescue 49 (Swatara Twp). Additional reports indicated entrpament which added Rescue 44 (Lawnton) to the box. Companies had a 3 vehicle accident with one vehicle over the embankment and the driver trapped. Engine 41 (Bressler) and Rescue 59 (Lower Swatara Twp) were special called as extrication was complete in about 20 minutes. Units remained on the scene for an extended period of time.
