Harrisburg Fire Photos 2009

Monday, August 24, 2009 - Front & Forster Streets - MVA/pin

Box 1-3 sent Wagon 4 and Tower 3 to Front & Forster Streets for an accident with injuries around 1230 hours. Tower 1, enroute to a fire alarm on Capital Street three blocks away, took in the accident as reports of entrapment were being received. Tower 1 arrived confirming entrapment and requested a tool. Squad 8 was released from the fire alarm and took in the crash. Companies had a 3 vehicle collision at the intersection with several injuries. Crews worked for about 30 minutes before being cleared from the scene by Chief 5 (Berger). Additional EMS crews were called to the scene to transport those injured.
