Tuesday, May 5, 2009 - 2400 blk Parkway Blvd - Box Alarm
At 1735 hours, Harrisburg Box 1-2 companies responded to the 2400 block of Market Street for a structure fire. Upon arrival of Chief 5 (Berger) heavy fire was venting from the rear of a 2 story, vacant, middle of the row, townhouse. A line was stretched from Wagon 4 to make quick work of a rear bedroom going on the 2nd floor. Wagon 4, Squad 8, Towers 1,2, and Chief 5 responded to this box alarm actually located in the 2400 Parkway Blvd.
