Harrisburg Fire Photos 2006
Monday, December 4, 2006 - S. 17th Street
At 1545 hours Squad 8 and Tower 1 dispatched to S. 17th Street at Interstate 83 for an accident with entrapment. Squad 8 arrived on location with a passenger vehicle t-boned by a school bus loaded with children. The crew from the Squad and Tower quickly extricated the occupant of the vehicle who was transported to a trauma center. Additional EMS units were dispatched to check on some shaken up kids on the bus. No serious injuries were reported to the driver of the school bus or children. Units cleared the scene in 15 minutes.
