Harrisburg Fire Photos 2006
Tuesday, November 21, 2006 - Nectarine Street
Task Force 1 sent to Crescent and Swatara Streets for a structure fire in the Allison Hill neighborhood. Chief 4 (Reed) arrived at 1940 hours reporting heavy fire showing from a 2 story, brick, vacant, end of the row dwelling at 343 Nectarine Street. Due to a previous fire and poor condition of the structure members only advanced a few feet inside the dwelling to get a good knock on the fire. The fire extended to the second floor but was primarily contained to the fire building. Units remained on the scene for over an hour performing overhaul. Units on scene: Squad 8, Wagon 4, Towers 1,3, and Chief 4.
