Saturday, November 1, 2008, 15900 Novara off Redmond, Box Alarm, Vacant 1.5 story frame. This was the 5th fire in this neighborhood in the past 2 weeks. Several gangs are competing for this area according to residents. Engine 50 is one of the busiest companies for fires in the entire city. The whole trip they might have had 3 or 4 working dwellings and this is the only one we tried to take in. Engines 50/58/60 Ladder 23, Squad 6, Chief 9, 1115 hours
