Wednesday, December 23, 2009 - Manheim Township - 94 W. Roseville
Around 1820 hours Co 2-11 (Southern Manheim) was dispatched first due along with other township companies to 94 W. Roseville Road for a dwelling fire. First arriving crews had fire showing from the first floor with reports of an occupant still inside. Crews rescued a victim from the first floor and made a quick knock on the fire. The fire was contained to one room of the single family dwelling. The victim was taken to a hoisptal and later flown to a burn center. Companies assisting 2-11 were 2-3 (East Petersburg), 2-4 (Eden), 2-7 (Neffsville), 6-3 (Lafayette), 6-6 (Lancaster Township), and 6-7 (Rohrerstown).
